Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on Awesome Greetings are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.

Please make sure to review product descriptions and previews carefully before completing your purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience any of the following:

• Trouble downloading your file

• Corrupted or incomplete file

• Access issues

• Broken download link

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as:

Unauthorized Use
